Sea Rim State Park

At the far southeast corner of Texas lies a remote and unique coastal park, where Gulf meets marsh. Sea Rim State Park has 5.2 miles of Gulf shoreline and more than 4,000 acres of marshlands, attracting beach combers and explorers to camp, go birding, paddle, swim, fish, stroll or even ride your horse.

Throughout 2023, we are raising money for much-needed projects at all Texas State Parks. Give back today and help us grant Sea Rim State Park’s centennial wish.

Sea Rim State Park’s Centennial Wish:

Making the Most of the Marsh

Sea Rim is known for its secluded beach on the Texas Gulf Coast. However, more than 4,500 acres of the park is marshland, and very few visitors can experience it in-depth.

Park staff would like to change that by offering guided marsh tours with a park ranger.

A pontoon boat would allow small groups to access Platform Flats to see the wildlife that makes its home in the marsh. The flat deck of a pontoon boat would also accommodate multiple mobility devices.

With your support, park visitors of all ages and abilities will be able to experience the wonders and wildlife of the marsh at Sea Rim State Park.

Fundraising goal: $14,000

Give Back to Sea Rim State Park
