Guadalupe River State Park & Honey Creek State Natural Area

With four miles of river frontage, the Guadalupe takes center stage here. Though many folks visit for the great swimming hole, wildlife abounds! Just adjacent to the park is a protected native habitat for plants and animals, which is nurtured by the 1.5-mile spring-fed Honey Creek.

Throughout 2023, we are raising money for exciting projects at all Texas State Parks. Give back today and help us grant Guadalupe River State Park’s centennial wish.

Give Back to Guadalupe River State Park & Honey Creek State Natural Area

Guadalupe River State Park & Honey Creek State Natural Area’s Centennial Wish:

Utility Vehicle will be Well-Utilized

With over thirteen miles of trails that stretch across thousands of acres of parkland and Honey Creek Natural Area, staff at Guadalupe River are called upon regularly to respond to emergency incidents along the trails and river.

With your support, park staff will add a specially equipped Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) to the park’s fleet to better reach injured visitors and lessen vehicle impact on the trails.

The UTV will also be used for trail maintenance and park programs.

Fundraising goal: $30,000

Give Back to Guadalupe River State Park & Honey Creek State Natural Area
