Eisenhower State Park
Adventure awaits on the rocky shores of Lake Texoma, an 89,000-acre aquatic playground. Visitors love to explore the trails along high bluffs, splash at the sandy swimming cove, or reel in striped bass, crappie and catfish at this world-renowned fishing lake. If you’re on the hunt for a rare trophy catch, this is the spot!
Throughout 2023, we are raising money for exciting projects at all Texas State Parks. Give back today and help us grant Eisenhower State Park’s centennial wish.
Eisenhower State Park’s Centennial Wish:
UTV to the Rescue of Man and Nature Alike
A big component of Eisenhower State Park’s mission is to protect and conserve the park’s resources, which include both natural and cultural resources.
The park would like to purchase a 4X4 Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) with a slide-in chemical spray rig. The UTV and spray unit will be used for natural resource management projects, including prairie restoration. Park staff will also be able to use the UTV for search and rescue emergency response in remote and off-road areas.
With your assistance, park staff will be able to come to the rescue of man and nature alike.
Fundraising goal: $25,000
Once the initial priority project has been funded, any dollars raised beyond the needs of the park’s priority project will remain with Eisenhower State Park for future funding needs.
